Evangeline spends most of her time trying to get guys to chase her. She isn't as free in dating guys as her looks and ways suggest but it takes a lot for her to consider something to be serious. If she is a serious relationship, Evangeline will do her best to make her guy happy, although she will not change her ways. She will, however, stop conciously flirting and seeking guys out. Evangeline loves it when people (mainly boys) give her attention. This is one of the reasons she is one of the girls for public display of attention, and that to a rather large extend.

Her parents both loved her dearly and made sure that the young girl knew she was beautiful. They took this quite far, making sure the girl got into the modeling world. At fourteen the girl managed to get a shoot in America and her family moved to Chicago. Evangeline was pleased to see she was one of the favorites, although she hated moving away from the life she knew, leading to severe rebellion.
Evangeline started drinking and getting drunk at least once a week. She went to a lot of parties and started seeing a lot of boys, taking some of the worst cases home. Each fight she had with her parents made her happy, although she would not harm her precious looks, which she feels are the reason for her parents destroying the life she had with her friends. An intense hatred for her parents kept her going further and further out of line. Evangeline started smoking and hardly came home at night, often spending time with various male friends.
When Evangeline turned seventeen her parents stopped ignoring her behavior and tried to get her into counseling, which she used to annoy them even more and to talk about her victories. She also used it as excuse to quit her job and extract more money from her parents, which is the only reason she went on with it in the first place. Even though her parents know it's useless, they still keep her in therapy, hoping that one day, she'll be fine again.
Sample RP: Storm was not in a very good mood as she sat on the fancy little train that was bringing her to district twelve. It was almost on the complete other side of Olympia and Storm didn't take kindly to travel. Storms trainer for the games had decided she needed to spend some time in another district and do some other things than chopping practise dummies into firewood with her axes. Naturally, he had been unfair in yet another aspect, giving her twin the afternoon off. Storm could guess exactly what her sister was going to do in her free time while Storm herself was off in district twelve. Between coal dust. Storm just rolled her eyes and stared out the window. As the landscape changed from farmland to nature, Storm relaxed a little, the journey was almost over. District twelve was approaching rapidly.
Storm got off the train and realised she didn't even know exactly where to go. Well that wasn't handy. With a sigh Storm just started randomly walking around, with no course or direction. She didn't have any plan apart from grumbling about the decisions her teacher made while walking in circles. If she walked long enough, she'd pass enough time to count as training and she'd be able to go back, no harm done. It was as good a plan as any and was a lot more attractive than asking for directions while she didn't even know where she was supposed to go. District twelve and go explore and train there. Yeah, that obviously didn't exactly work. So Storm headed for the woods. The daughter of Zeus didn't exactly want to mix with people who might hate her just because she was from two, a career district. The children or mortals from the big three won more games than most districts and there were probably enough grudges around to last a lifetime or longer. Storm didn't feel like having knives glared into her back.
As Storm walked through the woods she suddenly came to a clearning. It was a very nice place but the first thing Storm noticed was a boy of a few years older than herself. She couldn't see him but something about him was vaguely familiar. He was not looking all that fine and for a moment, Storm wondered if he was ill. Storm approached slowly, wondering who he was and what he was doing sitting around. She didn't think anybody had that luxury in the districts. Relaxing was Capitol business and he didn't look like he came from that place. He looked like nearly everybody in the district and not all that special. Maybe he was doing a special job but it didn't look like that. Curiously, Storm approached the boy.
She stood in front of the guy for a short moment but sat down before him soon after, her eyes curiously looking at the boy. "Are you all right?" She asked gently and she waited for the reply. She looked at him in the mean time, almost studying him. His hair was blonde and he had a muscular build, although somewhat skinny, as if he didn't eat enough. Yet was had her captivated was the defeated way he held his body, as if things didn't matter to him anymore. Was life in this district that bad or had something bad happened to him that left him like that. She carefully tried a joke, which seemed harmless enough to her. "You know, you'd look a lot healthier if you tried for a smile." She said, smiling uncertainly. She hoped he wouldn't take offence, for he intrigued Storm and she found a sudden desire to know him.
